Newsoft developed a payroll system for the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, serving the commission and all its directorates across the governorates of the country. The system calculates salaries for more than 10,000 prisoners currently in detention, as well as released prisoners who were detained for more than five years. It calculates salaries and allowances according to special regulations.

The system includes several modules, such as: payroll, settlements, financial employment, Jordan files, legal affairs, education, training, health insurance, loans, and violations (including torture documentation), employment programs, psychological counseling, and release grants.
